Who we are

What we collect

When you submit our contact form or email us, we collect the name, contact details and any other information you choose to include. We use that information solely to respond to your enquiry and (if you go on to book work) to fulfil our contract with you.

How we use it

• To respond to enquiries and provide quotes
• To carry out work you have booked with us
• To send invoices and other paperwork relating to your job
• To meet our legal obligations (tax records etc.)

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal data. We share information only where strictly required — for example with our accountant for invoicing, or with HMRC for our statutory tax records. We do not pass your details to third-party marketers.

How long we keep it

Enquiry data is kept for up to two years after our last contact with you, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Job records are kept for the period required by HMRC (currently six years).

Your rights

You have the right to ask us what data we hold about you, to correct it, to have it deleted, or to object to its processing. To exercise any of these rights, email info@mooreandfranks.co.uk.
