Cleans start at £15 + VAT with frames, sills and doors always included. The big cost factor in Exmouth is exposure: seafront properties often want a shorter six to eight weekly round to stay ahead of the salt, and that regular schedule is quoted at a fixed price per visit rather than a one-off rate.
